These Terms govern your access to and use of Wayfinder. By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Wayfinder is not emergency support
Wayfinder is a reflection and AI mentor product. It is not medical care, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency support. If you may harm yourself or someone else, or you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services now.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for the information you provide. You may use Google sign-in or email-based authentication where available.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access, trials, renewals, cancellations, and payment details are handled through Stripe. Prices and plan terms are shown before checkout. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew until canceled.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Wayfinder to break the law, harass others, or attempt to abuse the service.
- Do not try to access another user's account, data, or private conversations.
- Do not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service.
AI-generated responses
Mentor responses are generated by AI and may be imperfect. Use your own judgment before relying on any response, especially for important personal decisions.
Changes to the service
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of Wayfinder as the product evolves.
